The United Nations university in the Netherlands is offering scholarships for two PhD fellows on its Public Policy, Innovation and Development programme. The two recipients, who must be from developing countries, can expect tuition waivers and expenses paid for research and healthcare plus a monthly stipend. This specialization, in partnership with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, includes a compulsory internship of three to six months at UNIDO in Vienna.
