Dr. Siddig acquires excellent computer skills especially on computer software. This is based on his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer Science, and his work experience in software development and teaching at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology of Alneelain University in Sudan for more than five years. 1. He computerized and/or contributed to computerizing (7) manual systems using MS-Access 97, Oracle (8) for Windows, Pascal, C++, and supervised several related B.Sc. and Diploma thesis.
2. He acquires various levels of experiences and proficiencies in the Economic Modeling programs such as GAMS, RunGTAP, AnalyzeGE, GTAPAgg and Gempack.
3. He has various levels of experiences and proficiencies in Econometrics and Statistics programs such as SPSS, EVIEWS, STATA, SAS, and MS-Excel.
4. He has various levels of experiences and proficiencies in other programming languages such as Oracle, Pascal, C++, and MS-Access.
5. He has various levels of experiences and proficiencies in other applications including MS-office, Front Page Design, Internet Explorer, MS-Outlook, and Dreamweaver.
