Database Contributor to GTAP Africa Database

Center of Global Trade Analysis (GTAP), Purdue University, USA

“Khalid contributed the Sudanese I-O table for GTAP Data Base. He worked very hard for the same, since there was no official SAM available. He started with numerous governmental sources and combined them meticulously to produce the I-O table for us. He has also presented a few well-researched papers at GTAP conferences. I’m sure he has a wonderful future in his research career. My best wishes to him in all his endeavors.” August 17, 2011
