Nov.-Dec. 1997 : Consultancy sponsored by UNDP (United Nations

Development Programme): Training of rural and urban

People in Juba on appropriate methods of food processing

March-April 1998: Consultancy sponsored by UNDP: Selection of

out-standing participants from the first basic training

(above) and qualifying them to train others.

July-Aug. 1998: Consultancy sponsored by UNDP: Practical course in

food processing and basic nutrition for some grassroots

women in Dongola (northern Sudan).

January 1999: Consultancy sponsored by the Government of south

Darfur and UNDP: Field study to suggest a plan for the

industrial utilization of the huge amounts of fruits and

vegetables found in south Darfur.

Marsh 1999: Consultancy sponsored by UNFBA: Training of Women

Self Help (W.S.H) Group in Juba on the processing of oil,

Sausages, burgers, cheese and other dairy products.

April 2001: Consultancy sponsored by UNDP: Training course in food

processing in Malakal.

May 2003: Consultancy sponsored by Ministry of Finance, Khartoum

State: Study about food consumption behavior of Khartoum

inhabitants.

July 2005:Consultancy sponsored by (SSMO) Sudanese Standards and

Metrology Organization: Study about possible replacement of

potassium bromate by other safe bread improvers.

Aug. 2007: Study sponsored by World Bank: Improving Agricultural

Support Services in Traditional Rainfed Farming Areas.

March 2008 Onwards: Permanent Consultant by Export Development

Bank in the field of Small-Scale Food Industry and

Technology Transfer.

June 2009: Study about proper utilization of new agricultural

areas added due to elevation of Russieris Damm.

February 2010: Training of trainers in the field of food processing,

River Nile State, sponsored by FAO.

A similar training of trainers course will be conducted

within this year in other three States (South Blue Nile,

south Kordofan and Red Sea) also sponsored by FAO.
