Food safety consultant and trainer National Ministry of Health Sudan since 2005 and until now, as well as contributing to designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluation activities carried by the Ministry of Health, Sudan in food safety issues ( October 2005 –August 2013.

 

Trainer at several environmental health inspection courses organized by Directorate of Human Resources, Government of Sharjah. October to December 2017.

 

Part-time lecturer of environmental microbiology and environmental chemistry for master’s degree students at Alzaiem Alzaeem Alazhari University, Sudan, February 2006 – August 2013

 

Part-time lecturer of environmental chemistry and microbiology course in Cleaner –production master programme of Sudan Academy of Science and Technology from 2007- to 2012.

 

External examiner of food safety and food hygiene at several Sudanese universities including faculties of medicine and health sciences; Al-Imam Al-Mahdi University, Faculty of Medicine, Shendi University and Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Kordofan University October 2005 till now.

 

Collaborating Lecturer and trainer of food safety at Federal Ministry of Health, Sudan; training public health officers and environmental health officers in Food Safety, food inspection and related sciences April 2000 -August 2013.
