2.2.4 Supported Research projects

Soil and water management of salt-affected soils 1978-1980, Atomic Energy Project. A Neutron probe was bought from the budget of this project.
Hamburg Institute of Botany and Faculty of Agriculture project (1982-1986). I was one of the University of Khartoum Delegate (Prof. Al Nadi (Dean), Dr. Karouri (Head of Agronomy) and Dr. Mustafa (Head of Biochem. And Soil Science) to initiate the agreement  Through this link a laboratory of Plant-soil-salinity was established and reasonably well equiped.
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and U. of. K. Administration for Reseach and Cultural relations project: “The Use of Red Sea, Well and Surface Runoff Waters for Cultivation of the Coast Land with Trees, Forage and Field Crops”
