Visited the Anatomy Department of the University of Liverpool and that of Edinburgh 1976 and 1977 taking advantage of their permission to use the electron microscopy facilities.
These visits were private using my own emoluments.
Visited Liverpool under a link programme between the University of Liverpool and the University of Khartoum – sponsored by the British Council – Summer 1988.
Visited U.K., in 1995 (mainly School of Oriental and African Studies, “SOAS” to carry out library research I connection with a study on Higher Education) sponsored by British Council.
Attended and contributed to several meetings including the Anatomical Society of Great Britain, the Society of Study of Fertility, World Veterinary Congress, Sudan Veterinary Association, World Association of Veterinary Anatomists, European Association of Anatomists, General Federation of Arab Veterinarians. Joint meeting of Staff of International Livestock Centre for African (ILCA) and Leaders of Livestock Research in Sub-Saharan Africa (Fifth and Sixth Biannual Meetings), Association of East African Universities, Association of African Universities and Association of Arab Universities.
