- Took active part in the teaching of clinical Obstetrics and Gynaecology for under graduate medical students both at the University of Khartoum (Sudan) and the University of Birmingham (England).
- Full time teaching of undergraduate medical students, University of Khartoum February l977 till now.
- Coordinator and tutor for the second part of M.G.O.K. l982 – l984.
- Supervised 10 MRCOG and 8 Arab board students in Medina Maternity and Children Hospital Saudi Arabia during the period l984 – l989.

- Organizer of all Postgraduate activities at department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology Medina Maternity & Children Hospital which was eventually recognized for training for both the M.R.O.C.G. and Arab Board for specialization in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
