  2. Radio Immunoassay Techniques.  This laboratory work involved the theoretical and practical principles of Radio-immunoassay techniques. It consists of iodination, development of anti-bodies and estimation of Thyroid hormones (T 4, T3 and F.T.I.), Thyroid Stimulating Hormone; Follicle Stimulating Hormone, Luetinizing Hormone, Prolactin, Lactalbumin, Growth Hormone, Oestradiol l7 B, Progesterone, and the other sex steroids.  I am familiar with the use of both Gamma Counter and the Liquid Scintillation Counter.
  3.  In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer (IVF+ET): I had three months training in IVF + ET in the first Universitats- Fraenklink, University of Vienna and Institut Fur Sterilitatsbetreuung, Trauttmansdorffgsse 3A Wien (Vienna) Austria. The training involves theoretical knowledge, laboratory techniques and operative procedures.
