  1. March 2004: The 21st annual meeting of the German Society for Parasitology (21 Jahrestagung der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Parasitologie), Würzburg, Germany, 17-20 March 2004. An oral presentation was held.
  2. August 23, 2005: “The Next Generation of Diagnostics in Parasitology” One day symposium sponsored by Roche Diagnostics and held at the Onderstepoort Veterinary Institute, Pretoria, South Africa.
  3. September 2005: The 34th Congress of the Parasitological Society of Southern Africa (PARSA). Held at Magoebaskloof, Limpopo, South Africa, 25-28 September 2005. An oral presentation was held.
