Administrative Responsibilities

  • 2016 Nov. – now: Deputy Dean, Academic affairs, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Khartoum

Job responsibilities: Managing and organizing all academic activities. Ensuring academic integrity and curricular coherence. Developing a rational and realistic strategic plan which advances the mission of the faculty.

  • 2017 Dec. – now: Master of Pharmaceutical biotechnology academic coordinator, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Khartoum.

Job responsibilities: Course planning, design and development, delivery, selection of educational resources, assessment, students’ learning outcomes and course evaluation. Academic and administrative support for the graduate program, faculty, and graduate students.

  • 2016 – 2017: Board secretory, Department of Pharmaceutics, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Khartoum

Job responsibilities: Organizing department issues, ensuring good environment for teaching, research and supervision, department board meetings, examinations and results. Ensuring a system of student observation and evaluation of faculty occurs systematically, fairly and regularly.

Job responsibilities: Ensuring availability of all resources and facilities for teaching, research and evaluation. Coordinating activities pertaining to academic advisement and assessment.
