– Taught epidemiology, prevention and control of infectious diseases due to protozoa, helminths, bacteria, rickettsia, viruses and ectoparasites affecting animal production, with special emphasis on haemotropic diseases such as Trypanosomosis, Theileriasis and Babesiosis and camel diseases.

– Taught human trypanosomosis at the Institute of Tropical Medicine, Sudan National Council for Research – a post-graduate course (1977).

– Taught Parasitology at the Institute for Medical Laboratory Technology, University of Khartoum (1975-1978).

– Trained assistant research officers from the Sudan Central Veterinary Research Laboratories, Soba, on techniques in Trypanosomosis and haemoprotozoan infections (1978).

– Taught Zoonosis in the Academy of Medicine and Technology, Khartoum.

– Taught M.S. Courses in Tropical Veterinary Animal Health, University of Khartoum, Masters degree course (2005-to-date).
