I plan to be pursuing a career as an Intensivist Physician, with this view I hope to complete training in the UK and work as a consultant in UK. My whole long term goal is to plan at introducing Intensive Care service to the Sudan, and the medical curriculum.

I will aim to establish a bridging relationship between the medical school Khartoum and the medical school in Oxford in the issues of exchange for medical students and postgraduates who come to UK for specialization.

I would hopefully in the long run aim at establishing relations with the UK and Sudan in the field of Intensive Care Medicine which is another area of my interest. For that reason I will try and spend a 1 year as a senior trainee to achieve my advance training in the field.

In Sudan I want to become involved in running my own Intensive Care Unit and become involved in research, departmental audit and teaching.

On a personal level I consider myself as being enthusiastic, knowledgeable practical and flexible in approach to my duties, able to develop good relations with colleagues and being committed to the highest standards of patient care. I operate as a team player and sometimes when needed I can be a leader with very good leadership skills.

Always believing that if there is a will there must be a way!
