· As an intensive care Specialist, first in Sudan, to specialise in this field, one of my obligations is to introduce the discipline to the country.

· Post in Soba University Hospital is primarily to initiate and establish a model ICU to look after the patients in need and thereby actively seeking platforms to deliver the service from.

· I am also aiming at establishing out reach service in my local hospital

· Post in the Medical school is chiefly to introduce a new curriculum of training in ICU and Acute Medicine for undergraduates and post graduates.

· Currently I supervise the Clinical years curriculum in medicine and its overlap with the skills laboratory aiming at improving and upgrading the current curriculum.

· As a National Expertise in the Federal Ministry of Health, my job entitles me to upgrade this field in the Federal Hospitals to establish their Intensive care units.

· Collaborate with the Obstetric Department in Soba university hospital in dealing with medical problems during pregnancy.

· Instructor in the ACLS(Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and ALSO courses(Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics
