A member of the Strategic Orientation Committee of the OSS Sahl, (an advisory committee on research, drought impacts and climate change issues in Africa. OSS is stationed in Tunisia and concerned with Conferences and Workshops held in the region in collaboration with Tunis under UNESCO.
