During this period I have had a good opportunity to participate effectively in organising my service and participating in its future development.
I have participated effectively with the rest of my colleagues in most of the management meetings and plans for development for the service.
I have participated in strategic projects for the development of our local service.
There are regular audits and clinical teaching activities in the hospital and I have had the opportunity to participate in all those activities. I have been able to finish virtually thirty assignments out of the set forty assignments towards my Diploma in Medical Education and three of those assignments have been chosen as papers to be submitted for publication.
I have been involved in academic research in psychiatry, lecturing at Khartoum University in Psychiatry and participating in an MSc. Course in Medical Education at Dundee University
