2. Training of Trainers (TOTs) is an international training course on Agricultural Development Project Management, which is funded by the African Development Bank (AFDB), the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), theFederal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development/Germany (22/01-09/02/2006).
