– Achievements: As economist in the Agricultural sector of the ministry I have participated in the preparation and formulation of the development plans, programs and strategies for national economic development. Specifically, The National Economic Recovery programs (1984-86), The Four Year Economic Salvation and Recovery Program (Member of Agricultural Cooperation Committee, Four Year Salvation and Recovery Economic Program, 1987), Rapporteur  for the agricultural services sub-committee, agricultural sector conference, National Economic Conference, 1986..Also I have been responsible from the implementation of the annual budget and follow-up of the implementation of the agricultural and irrigation national development projects
