1. Inspector: Bank of Sudan – foreign exchange department

Duties and responsibilities:

Handle research on management of foreign exchange resources

Inspect and check accounts at commercial banks and report on violation of foreign exchange regulations Follow up export proceeds and report uses of export earnings and present foreign exchange payments memo; besides participate in designing and implementing of circulars pertaining to operations of imports and exports in addition to invisible receipts and payments

Periodical reporting of foreign exchange operations through out commercial banks, foreign exchange bureaus (Sarafas), hotels, travel agencies and non –bank financial institutions

Resigned from bank of Sudan and joined university of Khartoum to work in fields of research and teaching in 1998
