o   As president of Sudanese childhood Diabetes Association which is an NGO over the last 8 years  we managed in collaboration with local and international bodies including IDF,WDF,ISPAD,ESPE to

• Build a national childhood diabetes center with buildings cost of 2.5 million dollars
• Establish 25 childhood diabetes clinics in all states of Sudan and train multidisciplinary staff
• Secure free insulin from IDF save a child Program
• Train 10 pediatric endocrinologists
• Have a bank account to help poor children and secure investigative and treatment facilities
• Do research work with local and international collaboration

o   Member of Satti Foundation charity for study of tropical diseases executive committee

o   Headship and membership of various charity organizations in my home state and locality to establish various health centers and hospitals
