2001 – 2002 :- Conducted a series of specialized workshops and seminars for top-level, executive, and supervisory levels of Sudatel’s corporations personnel in the area of management by objectives

 

Conducted a specialized seminar on management development to the taxation Department top level personnel

 

Involved with an American firm in a six months training programme in management development dubbed, “The Bullet Proof Manager” offered to a private floor milling firm called “SAIGA”

 

2000 : Salalah – Sultanate of Oman

Taking part as an instructor in five day top-level management seminar on Management Engineering for seventeen directors and governors in the National College of Science and Technology, Salalah,  Sultanate of Oman

Devising a comprehensive training programme for civil service new recruits, high school graduates, Doha, Qatar

Headed a team of University Faculty (lecturers, Associates and professors) to conduct a field research, on the request of the university center for research and documentation on human resources management in the Qatarindustrial sector, Doha, Qatar

A one month assignment by the Arab Organization for Administrative Sciences for reorganizing six ministries in the Libyan people’s Republic, as well as training some thirty top-management Libyan Personnel to follow up the ministries reorganization
