At a Glance

I am a Lecturer of Law, Researcher, Lawyer and NGOs Activist. I taught Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Khartoum, Sudan, from 1993 to 1996; served in the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs in The Hague, the Netherlands from April 1999 to October 2001 as a Research Associate in the Project ‘Muslim Women and Development’; executed by the Dutch Ministry of International Cooperation and the Royal Tropical Institute in partnership with organizations from seven countries. I employed as well by the UAE Embassy in the Netherlands, where I gained experiences in embassy’s different tasks, in the legal and commercial activities, bilateral treaties, administrative as well as consulate affairs. I resumed position as Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, U of K, Sudan as from 2007.
