·         Training period at the Arab company for Agricultural Production and Processing (Dairy and Poultry Farms), June 1990-August 1991.

·         Joined the Ministry of Animal Resources as a Veterinary surgeon 1990-1998.

·         Appointed as Assistant Professor at the University of Khartoum, Faculty of Animal Production September 1998- Feburary 2005.

·         Participated in the survey on rural women role at the dry lands ( El Butana area) as part of: The Dry Land Husbandry Project (Sudan), funded by IGAD, 1997.

·         Participated in the project entitled Poverty Alleviation for rural women at Abu Dilaig, Butana area, funded by Ford Foundation 1997.

·         Conducted a comparative study of milk quality control measures between Khartoum State (Sudan) and Western Cape, South Africa, funded by UNESCO and NRF/Royal Society of South Africa, March – August 2001.

·         Member of the Examination committee of the Faculty of Animal Production, University of Khartoum, May 1999-August 2000.

·         Secretary of the Board, Faculty of Animal Production, U. of K., June 2000- June 2003.

·         Represented the Faculty of Animal Production at the Faculty Board of the Faculty of Technological and Developmental Studies, U. of K., 1999-2003.

·         Represented the Faculty of Animal Production at the Faculty Board of the Institute of Environmental Science, U. of K., 1999- 2003.

·         Represent the Faculty of Animal Production at the Faculty Board of the Institute of Developmental Studies, U. of K., 2000.
