Soil Survey and Land  Evaluation
I was the Head of the field team in these surveys. My contribution involved supervision and contribution to mapping in the field, delineation of mapping units, Classification of the different soils within each mapping unit,characterization of the mapping units. Then, in collaboration with the rest of the team, evaluation of the suitabiliy of the land for irrigation, suitabbility for agriculture under irrigation and crop suitabiity and finally writing the memoir.
