1-    MSc. Seminar Paper: An Account to the article (To Slow or not to Slow) by W.D. Nordhaus (1990) with a critical discussion of statement “As Long as we do not know for sure the extent and hazards of global warming, we should not incur costs in order to abate greenhouse gases”, presented as a part of Environmental Economics Course at the Department of Economics, University of Oslo, 1999.

 

2-     MSc. Seminar Paper: “On Industrialization and the Big Push” Presented as a part of Development Economics Course at the Department of Economics, University of Oslo, 1999.

 

 

3-     M.Phil. Seminar Paper on “Nicholas Kaldor on Economic Growth and on the Verdoorn Law” Presented as a part of the Module Regional Growth at the Department of Land Economy, University of Cambridge, April 2004.

 

4-     Temporary Advisor to the WHO in the position of Member of National Experts Team on the Mission for Evaluation of Sustainability of Sudan Community Directed Treatment with Ivermictan (CDTI). The project has been implemented by the African Programme for Onchocerciasis (River Blindness) (APOC), WHO. The work involved intensive documentary study, surveys and fieldwork for data collection, analysis, results deriving and presentation and finally report writing over the period 10-27/January/2002.

 

 

5-     Temporary Advisor WHO: Member of External Experts Team on the Mission for Evaluation of Sustainability of Community Directed Treatment (Onchocerciasis) with Ivermictan in Nigeria, September 2003. Apologized due to time constraint.

 

6-     Assistant Researcher OPEC: Member of an Economic Research Team for a research project on “Assessment of The Private Sector Development in Sudan” 2003. The head of the research team was Dr. Fadia Khalil Hassan, Head Dept. of Economics, University of Khartoum.

 

 

7-     Discussion Paper on “Economics of Environmental Regulation of the Build, Operate and Transfer Projects in Sudan” presented at a training workshop on the Build, Operate and Transfer System Projects, organized by the Academy of Economic and Financial Studies, Federal Ministry of Finance and National Economy, Khartoum, Jan. 2006.

 

8-     Chapter on “the Experience of Some Regional Economic Integrations” as a part from the report “The Impacts on Sudan Economy as a Result of Joining the Regional Economic Groups” Ministry of Finance and National Economy, Khartoum, 2007.

 

9-     Member of a Technical Committee for the conference on the Post Conflict Sudan organized jointly by the Faculty of Economic and Social Studies, Ministry of Finance and National Economy in collaboration with the World Bank during Sept. 2006. My work involved summary of the Papers presented as well as contribution to final report on the delivered papers and discussions.
