Teaching Experience

Chronology of over twenty years experience in teaching parasitology to veterinary medicine students:

  •  (1978 – 1981) Teaching laboratory sessions, field practical work                             and meat inspection to BVSc. Part V students, Section of Parasitic Diseases

Department of Veterinary Preventive Medicine and Public Health, Faculty

of Veterinary Science, University of Khartoum.

  •  (1985 – 1988) Conducting lecture classes in veterinary parasitic diseases and parasitic zoonoses (Epidemiology, diagnostics, immune responses, chemotherapy and control tactics) to B.V.Sc. Part V students, Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of Khartoum.
  •  (1988 – 1997) Conducting lecture and laboratory classes in Parasitology viz. Entomology, Protozoology and Helmithology to B.V.Sc Part IV students, Faculty of Veterinary Science, university of Khartoum.
  •  (1995 – 1996) Conducting   lecture classes  in   Parasitology   to B.V.Sc. students Part III students, Faculty of Natural Resources, University of Bah Al Ghazal.
  •  (1997 -2003)  Teaching  the  following  courses   per semester at the College of Veterinary Medicine & Animal Resources, King Faisal University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

– Veterinary Protozoology                 3 credit hours

– Veterinary Helminthology                4 credit hours

– Veterinary Entomology                   2 credit hours

– Veterinary Biology                         3 credit hours

– Descriptive Biostatistics                 2 credit hours

-Clinical Parasitology (Graduate Course) 3 credit hours.
