*    Management of Surgery theatres in the Veterinary Hospital

                        (November 1985 – January 1986).

      *   Member of the Student Case Committee (1987 – 1988).

      *   Acted Registrar of the Faculty (April – July 1988).

      *  Head Department Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology

                (1989 – 1995)

      *  Deputy Dean (March 2003 to date).

      *  Established a small Radiology Unit through the help of the

            University of Hannover – University of Khartoum Link.

      *  Member of University senate.

      *  Member of Laboratory Technical Administration.

      *  Member of Examinations and prize committee.

      *  Member of the students` training Tours Committee.

      *  Member of the Board of Directors of the University Farm

            (1989 –1995).

       * Participated effectively in the establishment of the Camel

            Research Centre in the Faculty of Veterinary Science

            (buildings, vehicles, animal enclosures and field stations).

       * Participated with other colleagues in the Faculty in the planning

            for establishing a modern complex for a Veterinary Hospital

            and new extension for the existing Department of Surgery,

            Obstetrics and gynaecology. The project was a joint venture

            supported by the USAID  and the Ministry of Planning (Sudan).

      *        Currently involved in rehabilitation and up-grading the various

            laborotaryes and surgery theaters (Undergraduate – Research).
