–       Practice: Thorough experience in practicing law as an Advocate and Legal Counsel since August 2000 at Shami, Khalil & Siddig Advocates. Practices as transactional, advisory and litigation lawyer mainly in corporate, finance, banking, general commercial law, constitutional and human rights law. Drafted loads of pleadings, submissions, memoranda, reports, agreements and legal opinions in all the mentioned areas of specialization.
