September 29, 2001, training field staff on rural development and project evaluation. Trainees were staff of El-Obeid Area Development Scheme, a joint venture between UNDP and Sudan Ministry of Finance.
November 3-13 2001, participation in training North African Scholars in research in political science. The Department of Political Science, Cairo University and the African Association of Political Science (AAPS) sponsored the program. I participated by giving lectures. Participants were junior staff from North African Arab universities.

28-31, 10, 1998, attending a workshop for constitutional amendments for Kebkabiya Small Farmers Association. The workshop was held in Kebkabiya town of northern Darfur State. Consultancy included enlightening farmers on how to become self-reliant after external support (Oxfam) phases out.
