(As a Dean, I am responsible for creating and maintaining an environment that is directed and centered on the academic welfare of the students enrolled in the School of management Studies and on encouragement of scholarly activities of the academic staff. Moreover, while I am maintaining the academic pursuits, I provide the academic and administrative leadership to ensure the effective management of the academic, administrative and financial affairs of the School. I am currently the Editor-in- Chief of the academic journal of the Scholl (Khartoum University Journal of Management Studies) and representing the School on The University Senate and Deans’ Committee in addition to others. I am also responsible to the Vice Chancellor for maintaining working, constructive and cooperative relationships between the different departments within the School and others Departments which have similar academic links or common interests throughout the University.)
