 I promoted and build the capacity of the staff in the community medicine department:

  1. Four teaching assistants (TAs) attended   training courses on course design and assessment and evaluation
  2. Three TAs attended training courses on teaching methods, and English language.
  3. One Assistant Professor and four TAs attended a training course on fundamental of biostatistics and SPSS
  4. One TA attended a training course on teaching and learning
  5. Two TAs attended a training course on research methods
  6. One social researcher attended a diploma course on research methods
  7. Recruited two young social researchers to assist students in the design research tools
  8. I manage   field training ( Rural Residency) financially and logistically
  9. Two TAs attended teaching methods In Advance Training center U of K
  10. Biostatistics & epidemiology PhD scholarship of one TA in South East University – China
2013 Won TDR/WHO small grant to implement a research entitled” quality of diabetic services at health centres in Khartoum State 2013”
