–  3 years regular  participation in Nasopharyngeal Cancer Clinic in ENT teaching  hospital Khartoum which is  once weekly  specialized clinic for early endoscopic detection , mangmenat and follow up of nasopharyngeal cancer .

-Arranged for a campaign run by the Union of Sudanese Doctors in U.K and  Ireland to survey for hearing Impaired primary school children in Gezira  state and providing free hearing  aids (2010).
