- Collaborating Lecturer and trainer of food safety at Federal Ministry of Health, Sudan; training Public health officers and environmental health officers in Food Safety, food inspection and related sciences April 2000 -August 2013.
- HACCP application trainer of master degree students in field visits. Conducted HACCP practical training at Khazan Meat Factory, Sharjah UAE; Lacnor Juice Company (Sharjah City) UAE, Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre hotel restaurant, Dubai, UAE February 2011.
