Dr. Quosay Awad Ahmed is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Engineering – UofK . He has held various positions in both public and private sectors. Besides lecturing, he serves as researcher and projects supervisor. Dr. Ahmed has studied and worked in different countries. He works also as national and international consultant for different institution, NGOs and firms. He is UNFCCC certified reviewer for GHG inventory reports, member of the editorial board of the Emission Factor Database and short-lived climate forcers of the Intergovernmental Panel for Climate Change (IPCC). His areas of interest and expertise are Energy, Transport, Climate Change, R&D - IOR/EOR, Decision and sensitivity analysis, Business planning and Environmental impacts and risk assessment.
