The SFD is the main channel through which\u00a0the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia extends loans to developing countries \u00a0 for development projects in various sectors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My duties include<\/strong> <strong>the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 1) Participation in the Fund\u2019s appraisal missions for appraising<\/p>\n<p>2) Preparation, drafting and negotiation of Loan Agreements in<\/p>\n<p>Arabic and English.<\/p>\n<p><strong>April 98 \u2013 to August 2003<\/strong>\u00a0 Joined the Arab Fund for Economic and<\/p>\n<p>SocialDevelopment \u2013 Kuwait, a regional Pan Arab \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 development agency as a Legal advisor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>November 2003 to date\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law, University of Khartoum as was appointed in July 2004 as the DEAN of<\/p>\n<p>the Faculty of Law.
