Oct. 65 – June 67      Appointed as a Tutor in the Faculty of Law, University of   Khartoum and was sent for Higher Studies to Cambridge

University during the said period.

July 67 – Sep 68       Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Law,   University of   Khartoum lecturing in the subjects of Contracts and Personal

Oct 68 – June 72     Sent by University of Khartoum to Cambridge University and obtained my Ph.D in Company Law.

July 72 – April 77     Associate Professor, Faculty of Law, University of Khartoum.

May 77 – Oct 97      Joined the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), Riyadh as a Legal Advisor. The SFD is the main channel through which the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia extends loans to developing countries   for development projects in various sectors.

My duties include the following:

      1) Participation in the Fund’s appraisal missions for appraising

2) Preparation, drafting and negotiation of Loan Agreements in

Arabic and English.

April 98 – to August 2003  Joined the Arab Fund for Economic and

SocialDevelopment – Kuwait, a regional Pan Arab     development agency as a Legal advisor.

November 2003 to date  Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law, University of Khartoum as was appointed in July 2004 as the DEAN of

the Faculty of Law. This Appointed continued till August 2009.
