Also during this period I worked as a research assistant in a team that responsible for design and implementation of VPN (Virtual Private Network) services for governmental agencies, the project funded by National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer Service Engineer, International Turnkey Systems (ITS) (1pril 2010-present)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>ITS is one of the leading integrated IT solutions and software services provider. I am responsible for providing IT infrastructure services that focus on ensuring the highest level of availability for the business applications without interruption.
