Worked as a tutor responsible for instructing lab sessions and tutorials of Networking, Operating systems, Data Structure, Advance Internet Technologies and Programming Languages Principles. Also during this period I worked as a research assistant in a team that responsible for design and implementation of VPN (Virtual Private Network) services for governmental agencies, the project funded by National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC).

Customer Service Engineer, International Turnkey Systems (ITS) (1pril 2010-present)

 ITS is one of the leading integrated IT solutions and software services provider. I am responsible for providing IT infrastructure services that focus on ensuring the highest level of availability for the business applications without interruption. These services include: Sun Microsystems and HP hardware platforms like Server and Storage array and system software support like ALOM, HP UX, Mirror Disk and Service Guard.  Also maintaining of VERITAS Cluster Server.
