Biographic note:  

                   Ibrahim A. Onour is a professor of Financial Econometrics and Operations Research at the School of Management Studies, University of Khartoum. He taught in a number of Universities in Canada, Middle East, and Africa. He held a number of senior advisory positions at : The Ministry of Economy and Planning in Saudi Arabia; Arab Monetary Fund, Abu-Dhaby (UAE); and Arab Planning Institute in Kuwait. He published extensively in leading international journals in the areas of International Finance, Capital Markets , Econometrics, and Operations Research. He also published statistical software components related to programming of Value-at-risk, and non-parametric unit root test.
