August to September 2015 I have granted Special Research Grant to conduct a research at Institute for Human Rights at Åbo Akademi University, Turku/Åbo, Finland – funded by Finnish Ministry of ForeignAffairs.
2012 – I have been awarded a 2012 ACCFP Adaptation Teaching Fellowship. The ACCFP is managed by the Institute of Resource Assessment, University of Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania (IRA-UDSM) and is implemented in partnerships with the global change System for Analysis, Research and Training (START) with support from Climate Change Adaptation in Africa(CCAA)
2007 – I have been selected as one of three first prize winners for the Competition organized by Ahfad University for Women in collaboration with American University in Cairo in 2007 to the best research about “Concept of Women’s Empowerment inArabic”.
