1991- present Worked individually and part of professional teams in technical appraisal of projects and their implementation, monitoring and evaluation. I worked closely with the Forest National Corporation in development of forest management plans, establishment and evaluation of reforestation programs, assessing natural and artificial regeneration in central Sudan. With a team of experts, drafted legislations related to policy, and transfer of forest tree seeds and plant parts to and from Sudan. With the National Tree centre, I was involved in establishment of seed sources, and orchards, tree improvement programs, planning and conduction of training events. For Kenana Sugar Company,   I drafted a project profile to initiate forestry plantations, followed by detailed project appraisal and implementation plan, and supervised establishment of plantations and utilization.Also, Iprepared project proposals for the Sudanese Forest Society that were funded by the FAO and Embassy of Finland, Cairo – Eygpt.
