[Currently all projects use Agile methodology].<\/li>\n<li>Management of the software department.<\/li>\n<li>Planning, Controlling and Measuring projects progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Acting as senior developer\/ architect for Micronet Software Products.<\/li>\n<li>Configuration and preparation of state-of-the-art Software Development tools and environment utilizing:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft Visual Studio.Net 2005, 2008 IDEs.<\/li>\n<li>CruiseControl (A Tool for continuous build and integration).<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Visual Source Safe 2005 (A Tool for Source code management).<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Windows Small Business Server with:\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft Sharepoint services.<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Exchange Server 2003.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Establishment of the Company wide Wireless network with Access points and Security configurations.<\/li>\n<li>Contribution to the Development of the in-house company software framework (used as baseline for the company software projects). [Led to measured reduction in development time of 50%].<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of all Micronet Proposals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of <strong>Micronet Culture Document, Coding Standards Manual, Source Control Manual, Networking Configuration Manual<\/strong>, <strong>Change Control and Software Testing forms.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of training plans for new comers <strong>[on-board program]<\/strong> to communicate the company vision, mission, values, culture and the department software development tools and methodologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0 Marketing and promotion of Micronet Software Products, and its international partner <strong>[Optimiza Solutions \u2013 a Jordanian Company]<\/strong> through technical\/commercial presentations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribution on the graphic design and layout of Micronet Software Products Splash screens.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Major projects with Micronet Integrated Solutions:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Project Manager<\/strong> and <strong>contributor to the contents<\/strong> of Khartoum State Water Corporation [KSWC] Request For Proposals [RFP] document preparation for tender 17-2009 (<strong>Supply of Hardware, Networking and Software Solutions<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities were:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Proposal preparation and negotiation.<\/li>\n<li>Initial requirements field study.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of a complete [Microsoft Project] plan with resource allocation.<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of Micronet team members tasks, communicating with KSWC representatives and reporting to higher management.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of <strong>Project Management, GIS and SCADA<\/strong> requirements sections.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of the newspaper advertisement content of the tender.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>also available at the following link:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/kswc.gov.sd\/Tender_17_en.htm\">http:\/\/kswc.gov.sd\/Tender_17_en.htm<\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>Communicating and clarifying tender requirements and coordinating efforts to National and international bidders through emails, formal meetings and web support.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Designed and developed a support website where bidders can view FAQ or post new ones for processing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>URL: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kswcrfpsupport.micronetis.com\">http:\/\/www.kswcrfpsupport.micronetis.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Using MS SQL Server 2005 and ASP.NET [Visual C#.NET].<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>Project Manager<\/strong> and<strong> Software Tester<\/strong> of National Health Insurance Fund [NHIF] ERP Project, a software project for the management of medicine and drug supply, the project executed in 13 Sudanese states, funded by NHIF and completed in 7 months (As planned).<\/p>\n<p>3-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Developed Students Identification Card [<strong>ID Card] <\/strong>System for Sudan International University [SIU] with MS SQL Server 2005 as back-end and Visual C#.NET as front-end and integrated the system with an Image-Capturing module.<\/p>\n<p>4- Consultancy project for <strong>Ministry of Interior<\/strong> <strong>(MOI)<\/strong> \u2013 Sudan on the implementation of a Portal &amp; Email<br \/>\nservices spanning all Sudanese States.<\/p>\n<p><b>2- Martyr Organization:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Development of a Personnel System [Oracle 9i and Visual Basic.NET].<\/p>\n<p>2-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Consultancy on new IT Projects Implementation.<\/p>\n<p>3-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Enhancement of the Martyr Services System [Oracle 9i and Developer 6i].<\/p>\n<p>4-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Administration and Maintenance of Accounting System.
