06.2021 – Present<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nRole of Hydrogen Sulphide in various pharmacological activities of Sildenafil, Department of Pharmacology, Faculty of Pharmacy, Ege University, Turkey<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– To investigate and explore the role of H2S on the vasorelaxant and angiogenic and other pharmacological activities of sildenafil using ex vivo, in vivo and in vitro models.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

01.2021 – Present <\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nPharmaceutical and Medical Education Research area, Sudan Medical Specialization Board, Sudan<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– We are conducting various research related to problems related to education in pharmacy and other medical field, and try to implement new technology in learning and teaching pharmaceutical sciences.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

10.2020 – Present<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nPurification and characterization of cytotoxic proteins and peptides with potential anti-tumor activity from Sudanese endogenous medicinal plants, Faculty of Pharmacy, University<\/strong> of Khartoum, Sudan<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– Screening of vegetative tissues\/organs (roots, seeds, leaves, barks, etc..) from indigenous plants collected from Sudan expressed bioactive compounds (proteins\/ peptides AMPs-ACPs and carbohydrate binding proteins CBPs), and study their physicochemical, structural, cytotoxicity and mode of action against tested cancer cell lines.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

03.2020 – Present <\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nPharmacogenetics and Personalized drug Medicine Research area, Faculty of Pharmacy, University<\/strong> of Khartoum, Sudan<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– We are investigating the allele and genotype frequencies of CYP450 variants in the Sudanese population towards personalized therapy in Sudanese patients. Currently, we are detecting the CYP2D6, and CYP2C19 Polymorphisms for Tamoxifen and Clopidogril therapy in Sudanese patients, respectively.\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

01.2020 – Present<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nNew Anticancer Agents from Selected Sudanese Marine Flora, Faculty of Science, Alneelein University<\/strong>, Sudan<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– Screening of list of natural extracts from different Sudanese marine flora against various kinds of tumor.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

01.2019 – Present<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nMultidisciplinary approaches for drug discovery and treatment improvement for Mycetoma, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Khartoum, Sudan<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– Screening of list of known drugs and natural compounds for its activities on Madurella mycetomatis.<\/em> And investigation of the underlying mechanism(s) of action of the potential compound(s) against Mycetoma.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

08.2016 – Present<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nClinical Pharmacology and Pharmacy practice in Sudan, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Khartoum, Sudan.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– Investigating disease-related and drug-related problems in the clinical practice. Also studying implementation of guidelines for treatment of various diseases in Sudanese hospitals. Also assessing perception, knowledge and practice of various health practitioners towards different drug and disease related problems.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

09.2011 \u2013 06.2016<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nPhD Candidate, China Pharmaceutical University, China<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– Investigation of the in vitro<\/em> and in vivo<\/em> antitumor activities of pristimerin on colorectal cancer, and exploring the underlying mechanisms of action for these activities.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
