– Screening of vegetative tissues/organs (roots, seeds, leaves, barks, etc..) from indigenous plants collected from Sudan expressed bioactive compounds (proteins/ peptides AMPs-ACPs and carbohydrate binding proteins CBPs), and study their physicochemical, structural, cytotoxicity and mode of action against tested cancer cell lines. |
