{"id":10,"date":"2014-11-18T18:24:11","date_gmt":"2014-11-18T18:24:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/staffpages.uofk.edu\/ali-abdalla\/?page_id=10"},"modified":"2015-12-16T11:54:27","modified_gmt":"2015-12-16T11:54:27","slug":"gross-anatomy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/staffpages.uofk.edu\/ali-abdalla\/?page_id=10","title":{"rendered":"Gross Anatomy"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"content\">\n<div id=\"maincontent\">\n<p><strong>1974-1978<\/strong>: Teaching practical gross anatomy toBVSc II and<br \/>\nBVSc III students.<br \/>\n<strong>1982-1988<\/strong>: Teaching theoretical &amp; practical courses of gross anatomy to BVSc II &amp;\u00a0 III students.\u00a0 The courses<br \/>\ncomprised both comparative\u00a0 and functional<br \/>\nanatomy.\u00a0 The course of anatomy\u00a0 extended over<br \/>\nthree semesters, during which the students were<br \/>\nassessed by four progress examinations.\u00a0 The<br \/>\nlanguage of\u00a0 teaching was English.<br \/>\n<strong>1988-2002:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 Joined King Saud University, Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine.\u00a0 Taught theoretical and practical gross anatomy I and II\u00a0 over two semesters single-handed.\u00a0 Anatomy I includes osteology, arthrology, and avian anatomy.<br \/>\nAnatomy II includes the rest of the systems of the mammalian body i.e. mycology, circulatory, respiratory, digestive, urogenital, nervous systems, and sense organs.\u00a0 Language of teaching was Arabic.<br \/>\n<strong>2002 to date<\/strong>: rejoined the Department of Anatomy,<br \/>\nFaulty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Khartoum.
