1)Director of theDemonstration Farm of the Faculty of Agriculture(1970-1973).The function of this farm is to provide appropriate areas forgrowing the different crops and
Other agriculture practices for the students .
2)Director of the University Farm (1975-1978)
The function of theDirector is to assign appropriate areas for demonstration of the different field crops ,vegetables and fruit trees to replace ones .
-Allocation of the agreed areas for the requirements of the Forestry Department ,Veterinary Medicine, Animal production and their related units
-the Farm used to provide the Hostel Students, the University Staff and other workers with vegetables ,fruits , milk and eggs. The surplus used to fetch income for the University through an agent.
3)Head of Department (1970-1980):
Carried out the usual responsibilities in addition to revision of courses, sending teaching Assistants to abroad for further experience .
-Sending abroad Teaching Assistants to read for higher degrees
-Supplied the laboratories with new equipment

VIII. Cultural Agreements and Research
1)Reactivation of Cultural Agreements with the Universities ofLondon(Wye College, of Agriculture), Belfast, Hamburg and Dresden (Germany) .
2) Joint research projects with abovementioned universities.
3) Exchange of staff and under taking joint research projects (eg date fruits, seed chemical composition and quality).
4) Receiving help to modernize the seed and soil laboratories.
5) Finance Leave of Absence and award of scholarships to read for two ph.D. degree in forestry in the University of Dresden .
6) Secretary General for the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (at present this job is called PUS or (“Wakeel “of the Ministry (1189-1991)))
This job was on secondment from the University of Khartoum.

1) Define the job description of members of staff belonging to the Directories of (a)Finance ,(b)Admission ,(c)Administration and Personal Affairs ,(d)Representative of the Ministry in the counsel of the Universities of Khartoum, The Islamic University and other committees

3) Member of the committee for making National Programs for Arid lands

5)The national Representative in the committee of crop production of the National Agricultural research Council of the Sudan (awarded to medals in recognition of my contributions
6)The Faculty Representative the national committee for climatology
7) National and International consultant in crop water requirement and agricultural systems .
