– Attended advanced course in laparoscopic Surgery, Vienna-Austria, Sept. 7th, 1998.

– Attended and participated in Basic course in Laparoscopic Surgery and laparoscopic cholecystectomy, Ibn Sina Hospital, Khartoum, 6 – 11 March 1999.

– The Paediatric Surgical Specialist Registrar Training Day, 16/17th March 2000. Queens Medical Centre. Nottingham.

– The Surgical Treatment of Anorectal Malformations, a three day intensive workshop and teaching course conducted by Alberto Pena. Followed by the Simpson Smith Symposium. The Institute of Child Health, Great Ormond Street Hospital, London. 5 – 8th June 2000.
