Redesigned, updated and taught courses on horticultural crops production at The Faculty of Agriculture- University of Khartoum and courses on food production at Ahfad University College for Women in Sudan, 1982 – present. Courses taught are:

i) Principles of Vegetable crops’ production.

ii) Production of major Vegetable crops.

iii) Technologies of vegetable crops’ production.

iv) Protected (Green-houses) horticultural production.

v) Physiology of vegetable crops.

vi) Kinds and varieties of vegetable crops.

vii) Advanced Vegetable crops’ physiology (Graduate students).
