Abdelfattah Abdelmutti Muhammed graduated with a B.Sc.(Honors) in combination of pure and applied mathematics from the university of Khartoum and an MSc degree from the university of Khartoum in applied statistics. He was awarded a PhD from North Carolina State University in Major in Operations research. His research interests include The statistical Inference of Probability Distributions via Geometric Programming, Proof of the Uniqueness of the Bard\Schweitzer Approximate MVA Algorithm, An Analytic Solution to the Problem of Transporting Random Cargo Through Different Roots On Different Types of Airplanes, and Extension of Geometric Programming Theory Using moment Generating Functions. He is currently an associate professor of statistics at the department of statistics of the Faculty of Mathematical Sciences, University of Khartoum.
